Patient Survey 2015

All our patients have been allocated a named GP.  If you would like to know who your named GP is, please contact us and we will check your record.  You can, of course, see any of our GPs or the most appropriate member of our Clinical Team, not just the named GP you have been allocated.  You can also change the GP allocated to your care at any time if you wish, please just let one of our Reception Team know.
