National software update for SystmOnline medication requests
Due to national system change, there is now a limit on the number of drugs that patients can request using the online service. If you need to order more than 5 medications, you will need to submit a second request.
We recognise this isn't ideal but the situation is not in our control and is being looked at by the clinical system supplier. We will keep you updated on any changes as they happen.
Please note, we have a hearing loop available for any patient
who might need this facility. Please make the Receptionist aware of your needs.
We are happy to organise translation services for any patient who requires this for their appointment at the Practice.
